Who we are

Paul Lever established Marylebone Associates in 2010. “At the time I was keen to focus on Mentoring and Coaching because, as an experienced Chief Executive and, latterly, a Chairman in the quoted, private and public sectors. I was concerned that Coaching and Mentoring were not taken seriously and that these services, in most cases, were provided by more academically based organisations rather than by individuals with solid business experience. Since then we have added Executive Search to our portfolio, and launched a Risk and Integrity practice. Most recently, we have launched the Marylebone Risk and Cybersecurity Forum to provide support to Executives in managing the growing challenges in this area. We are also pleased to announce the launch of the Marylebone Language School in Italy, which specialises in providing bespoke business Italian courses.”

“Marylebone Associates is a multi-disciplinary consultancy made up of senior professionals who have operated at board level or equivalent across a variety of industries. Our knowledge and expertise, we think, means more to our clients as it stems from our Associates’ experiences of operating in the real world.”

“Through relationships built on experience, mutual understanding and respect, we aim to become a trusted personal resource to our clients. Discretion is a cornerstone of our practice and reflected in the Marylebone Associates’ culture and our working practices.”

A trusted personal resource

Our unique strength is that our Associates are mature, highly experienced individuals who have successfully held senior positions in public, private and development capital businesses, government departments, law enforcement agencies and the not-for-profit sector.
