Coaching and Mentoring

Any organisation is only as strong as its leaders – and excellent leaders are the result of a continual investment in their development and support. At Marylebone Associates, we work closely in partnership with our clients and their senior personnel to develop tailored coaching and mentoring programmes. Our goal is to help organisations achieve more through the success of their people.

Mentoring and coaching provides an internal and confidential service that, where possible, attempts to eliminate or mitigate the risk to the organisation and helps turn a potential failure by an individual into a success.

We focus on key areas that will improve performance, including:

  • Supporting the Chief Executive in difficult situations
  • Supporting newly promoted senior managers
  • Supporting senior managers during periods of transition
  • Supporting senior managers with action learning and post course support
  • Supporting a senior manager who is facing difficulties and may need to change his or her style.
